The Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) is required for Florida condominium and cooperative buildings 3+ stories. 6DE delivers SIRS reports compliant with HB 837 / SB 154 — covering visual inspection, remaining useful life estimates, and recommended reserve funding.
