Starting at $3,500. Reserve studies scale with unit count — larger communities (50+ units) are quoted accordingly.
Compliance Notes (Florida)
- Florida Statute 718.112(2)(g): SIRS required for residential condos and co-ops of 3+ habitable stories
- Update Frequency: At least every 10 years after creation of the condominium
- Scope: Must include all components listed in statute (roof, structural, fire, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, windows, and other items impacting structural integrity)
