Following SB 154, Florida requires Phase 1 and Phase 2 Milestone Inspections at 25 years (coastal) or 30 years for condominium and cooperative buildings 3+ stories. 6DE delivers signed Phase 1 visual inspections and Phase 2 destructive testing reports.
