Standard Service Fees
We believe in transparent, fixed-fee pricing for standard projects. Below are starting prices — final fees depend on project scope, complexity, and jurisdiction requirements.

All fees include one coordinated response to AHJ review comments. Additional comment responses billed at hourly rate. Coastal, barrier-island, and high-review jurisdictions are quoted at a premium; prices shown are starting points for standard inland projects. Contact us for a project-specific quote.
